AURC 2026 - Official Ticket Sales
Welcome to the official AURC 2026 ticket portal. This is the only website where you can purchase tickets to the launch event for the AURC, held at White Cliffs, NSW from 30 September – 4 October 2026.
Who Needs a Ticket?
All attendees - including competing students and academic advisors - are required to purchase a ticket to attend AURC 2026. Tickets are non-transferable and must be presented (digitally or printed) upon entry each day.
Ticket Types
Rocketeer Pass: For registered competitors and academic advisors affiliated with a competing university team. This pass grants full access to all competition areas, including the launch field, technical inspection zones, the conference and presentation hall, and all official AURC events throughout the week.
Spectator Ticket: For friends, family, and members of the public wishing to attend. The spectator ticket grants access to the conference day and the designated spectator area only during launch days. Ticket holders will not be permitted beyond the spectator boundary at any time for safety and operational reasons. These tickets will be released at a later date.

Lunch Ticket
Daily lunches will be provided by a food truck at the launch site, with meals priced at $25AUD per day. Please indicate in the form below if you intend on purchasing lunches at the launch site.
Important Information
Tickets must be purchased in advance.
Each ticket is valid for the full duration of the event (30 Sep – 4 Oct 2026) and is linked to the name of the purchaser.
Children under 18 must be accompanied by a ticketed adult at all times.
The event is held at an outdoor site. Attendees are advised to bring appropriate sun protection, footwear, and clothing for variable weather conditions.
In the event of cancellation or significant changes to the program, registered ticket holders will be notified via the email address provided at purchase.
AURC 2026 is held at a rural site in White Cliffs, NSW. The terrain is largely unsealed and uneven, and conditions can be challenging, particularly around the launch site. We encourage anyone with accessibility requirements to contact the organising committee prior to purchasing a ticket so we can discuss what arrangements may be possible.
