The Australian Youth Aerospace Association (AYAA) is a volunteer-run, not-for-profit organisation dedicated to inspiring the next generation of aerospace leaders across Australia. With six national programs, 500+ young Australians engaged each year, and partners including Boeing, Raytheon, and the Australian Space Agency, we're one of the most active youth aerospace organisations in the country, and we're growing.

Everything AYAA delivers is made possible by passionate volunteers who bring skills, ideas, and energy to roles across leadership, events, media, operations, and more. Whether you're a high school student, university student, or early-career professional, there's a place for you here.
